Neos Engineering are partnered with a long-established, family-run business specialising in power generation and critical backup systems. With decades of expertise and a strong reputation for quality service, the company is now looking to expand its engineering team due to consistent growth and new long-term contracts.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and fault finding on a variety of diesel and gas generator systems, supporting both commercial and industrial clients. Preventative maintenance and emergency call-outs (with overtime available)
Workshop-based rebuilds, inspections and electrical testing

Essential:

Background in diesel generator maintenance and repair
Comfortable with both mechanical and electrical systems
Full UK driving licence
Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional overnights

Desirable:

Experience with control panel wiring and diagnostics

On-target earnings up to £55,000
Company vehicle provided (personal use optional)

Supportive team environment with a stable, family-run employer
Ongoing training and development opportunities
