An outstanding and well-respected primary school in Hertfordshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their committed Key Stage 2 team from September 2025. The Role:

As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners across the Year 3 curriculum

*

Support pupils as they transition into Key Stage 2, fostering independence and deepening their understanding of core subjects

*

Use assessment data effectively to monitor progress and tailor teaching

*

Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that motivates and supports all pupils

*

Collaborate closely with your year group partner and wider staff team to ensure consistency and share best practice

*

Communicate effectively with parents and carers to foster strong home-school partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

*

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 2, preferably Year 3

*

A strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and progression within Key Stage 2

*

Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

*

Enthusiasm, creativity, and a reflective approach to teaching

*

Commitment to inclusive education and supporting every child’s development
