Our client is the world's leading manufacturer of ejection seats, helping to protect aircrew in the world's most advanced military aircraft. Our mission is simple - to save aircrew lives.

We are looking for people with the below experience.

We do not require someone to have all this experience but some would be advantageous.

Advanced deburring techniques desirable.
Metal Polishing.
Fabricating and assembling seat pan chassis and parachute container assemblies,
Conducting bench fitting and build of detailed assemblies.
Conduct heat treatment, (annealing and age hardening) of components to strictly defined specifications.
Conduct Injection Moulding.
Packing, bonding and room temperature vulcanising, sealing of box bridle line assemblies.
Producing seat backrest and sitting platform assemblies.
Fitting hardware and furniture using a range of aerospace fasteners, adhesives and Velcro
To operate barrel tumbling and vibratory finishing equipment.
To prepare the metallic surface for further processing.
To suitably mask components to ensure bores, holes, slots, etc are free from abrasive media before entering machinery.
