Production Line Leader

Double days - 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

They have an exciting opening for a Production Line Leader to support with growth and development within their Telford manufacturing facility.

The Production Line Leader you will be responsible for:

* Leading and supporting a fast-paced production line to ensure smooth daily operations

* Maintaining strict compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

* Supervising and motivating team members to meet production targets

* Ensuring all products are manufactured to customer specifications and quality standards

* Accurately completing production paperwork and updating manufacturing systems in real time

* Delivering hands-on training and ongoing support to line operators

* Upholding exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation across the production area

* Managing staff break schedules to maintain continuous line performance

* Acting as the first point of contact for any operator queries or issues, resolving them efficiently

Skills and Experience

* Proven experience in a Senior Operator, Production Line Leader, or Production Team Leader role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* Strong leadership abilities with a natural aptitude for motivating and guiding teams

* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail

* Confident using IT systems to support production tracking and reporting

* Experience within a food manufacturing environment is highly desirable, though not essential
