Our client is looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative to join their team in Banbury. You’ll help ensure products are received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. Counter Balance Licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities

* Pick and pack customer orders accurately

* Load/unload deliveries and check items

* Assist with tank building and order preparation

* Follow stock rotation processes (e.g., FIFO)

* Maintain clean, safe, and tidy work areas

* Report damaged or missing stock

* Support stock counts and cycle checks

* Follow all health & safety and manual handling procedures

* Provide support across other warehouse areas when require

* High accuracy in picking/packing

* Meeting daily productivity targets

* Keeping work areas safe and organised

* Working well with the team and communicating clearly

* Good attendance, punctuality, and reliability
