Are you passionate about IT and ERP systems? Do you have a knack for simplifying processes and supporting business-critical applications? We're working with a business in Norwich that's looking to hire an ERP & IT Support Specialist to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous ERP experience who is looking to grow their skills and make a real impact across the business. You'll be instrumental in supporting, administering, and developing their Sage X3 ERP system, while also delivering first-line IT support to users across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on IT support for on-site and remote users (hardware, software, systems).
Take ownership of ERP support - understand how it supports different departments and help optimise and simplify its use across the business.
Play a key role in ERP integrations and implementations, helping departments translate needs into system improvements.
Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure (Windows Server, networks, user accounts, devices, etc.).
Assist in ongoing system developments and enhancements of the Sage X3 environment.
Travel occasionally to other UK/EU sites as needed.Essential:

Solid experience in an office or helpdesk IT role.
Experience working with ERP systems - implementations/integrations and support.
Good understanding of Windows Server environments, networks, and basic SQL/database concepts.
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.Beneficial:

Strong Excel and Office 365 skills (e.g., advanced filtering, lookups).
Experience with scripting (PowerShell, batch files).
Familiarity with ECOMM platforms like Amazon, Magento, Shopify.
