️ Buyer – Residential Developer

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits

We’re working with a well-established residential developer who is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their team. You’ll play a key role in procuring materials for small housing developments, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the procurement of materials and subcontract packages for residential sites.

*

Use COINS to raise orders, track budgets, and report progress.

*

Build strong relationships with suppliers and site teams.

*

Work closely with the Commercial Manager to support project delivery.

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Buyer within residential housing (developer or main contractor).

*

COINS experience essential.

*

Strong negotiation, communication, and organisation skills
