Cleaning Supervisor

Monday & Friday 8am - 4pm

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12pm - 8pm

£13.60 per hour Weekly Pay

Driving Licence Essential

The cleaning Supervisor is responsible for the operations of the Cleaning Team, delivering excellent Customer Service.

Responsibillitys

* Provide leadership, direction, and delegation to staff.

* Provide initial line of escalation for customers and staff for all services related queries.

* Effectively supervise, train, motivate, discipline and ensure the safety and general welfare of staff in accordance with company policies, procedures and training plan.

* Enthusiastically support, actively promote, and demonstrate superior Customer Service in accordance with the department and company standards.

* Be responsible and accountable for overall day to day operations of the cleaning team.

* Manage and complete the staff allocations.

* Ensure that all comments/complaints are fully investigated, and findings reported to the Facilities Management team in a timely manner.

* Manage the Health, Safety and Welfare of the team across sites.

* Utilise the auditing system in order to monitor and generate data reports.

* Manage the annual leave process for all staff.

* To recruit, train, develop and motivate staff

Experience

* Managerial experience in a team of 25 people or over.

* Excellent PC skills with full Microsoft office knowledge.

* Budgeting knowledge.

* Proven experience of improving team performance.

* Cleaning experience with knowledge of infection control.

* All Candidates must have a Standard DBS issued within the last two years or willing to obtain a Standard DBS.

All Candidates require a Full UK Driving Licence as you will be based across sites over Luton and Bedfordshire.
