The role will involve
· Managing the Recruitment Process
· Building a portfolio of clients
· Business Development - both face to face and on the phone (a driving licence and car is essential)
· Creating job adverts
· Creating marketing materials
· Pre-employment screening
· Creating temporary AND permanent placement opportunities
· + Full training will be given to the right people
