Handyman - IND1

TXM Recruit are looking for a Handyman to work on a 6 months FTC in Wolverton, MK for a leading rail services company.

* This position will pay 15.59/per hour PAYE or £21.16/per hour Umbrella equivalant of the £30k base salary

* Working hours 37 hours per week.

* Shift Pattern Monday-Thursday 7am to 3pm & Friday 7am to 1pm.

* Overtime - Weekedays @ 1.5x - Weekends @ 2.0x

As a Handyman your duties will be but not limited to

* General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas.

* This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs.

* Building inspections including internal and external walks.

* Repair, Service and Maintenance on PPM Vending Machines desireable (Mechanical skills ideally preferred)

* FLT License Needed

* IPAF Needed
