About the Role:
Our Client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Customer Fulfilment Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to start their career in broadcast technology by playing a key role in configuring, commissioning, and supporting our cutting-edge products used by major broadcasters around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Builds
*
Configure and build servers to customer specifications.
*
Test and verify builds using Atlassian Jira, completing all required documentation.
*
Manage dispatch and logistics using various couriers and freight forwarders.
Stock and Hardware Management
*
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
*
Manage RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorisations): test, report, and liaise with manufacturers for warranty replacements.
Goods In/Out
*
Act as the primary contact for all deliveries and shipments.
*
Ensure all shipments are processed correctly with appropriate documentation.
Remote and On-site Commissioning
*
Prepare and configure servers on-site.
*
Travel to customer sites globally when required.
Project and Support Engineering
*
Work closely with Project and Engineering Managers to define project scope and timelines.
*
Deploy and commission systems according to agreed plans.
*
Provide regular updates and assist in system handovers to the support team.
*
Respond to support queries and contribute to team meetings and activities.
What We’re Looking For:

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*
Ability to clearly communicate with internal teams and customers.
*
Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
*
Basic IT knowledge, including Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
*
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
*
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*
Willingness to occasionally lift and move equipment (up to 30kg).
Desirable (but not essential):
*
Familiarity with Windows Server OS and/or Linux.
*
Experience with Atlassian Jira or other ticketing systems
