We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take control of all commercial aspects within the business, ensuring smooth operations and financial success.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all commercial aspects of the company, ensuring financial health and strategic growth.
Manage contract negotiations, ensuring compliance and profitability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Lead cost control, budgeting, and forecasting efforts to optimize project efficiency.
Identify and mitigate financial and contractual risks.
Ensure projects are commercially viable, maintaining profit margins and cost efficiency.
Support procurement and ensure competitive pricing strategies.
Provide financial reports and insights to senior management for decision-making.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of contract management, budgeting, and cost control.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance.
