Zest 4 Talent are recruiting an entry level CAD Designer for an innovative, growing building services company who specialise in Healthcare. A salary of £26-30k is on offer with opportunity for career development as the company continue on its growth trajectory.

The successful candidate for the role will possess the following:

You will have an interest in design and engineering with basic knowledge of CAD software (Revit or AutoCAD ideally) either gained in education or employment. To fit in with the existing team you will have strong communication skills as well as a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

The CAD designers key responsibilities include:

* Assist in creating CAD drawings and designs which include integrated plumbing systems primarily within healthcare environments

* Work closely with the engineering team to refine designs

* Liaise with the project management team to ensure all designs are tailored to meet the needs of the customer and specific healthcare environment

* Ensure all industry standards are adhered to

* Design modifications and updates based on customer feedback and project requirements.

* Strong team focus participating in design reviews and providing the team with technical support during project execution.

* Maintain accurate documentation and version control of all CAD files.
