We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Ternhill, Shropshire. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple construction sites, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and supervising on-site personnel. You will also oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily operations across construction sites

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site protocols

*

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams

*

Manage and supervise site personnel

*

Plan and schedule site activities using tools such as MS Project

*

Monitor progress to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

*

Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards

*

Lead site meetings and toolbox talks

Qualifications & Skills:

*

Proven experience in construction site and project management

*

Proficient in planning and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project)

*

Strong budgeting and cost control capabilities

*

Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to manage complex tasks under pressure

*

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

*

Solid understanding of CDM Regulations 2015

*

SMSTS and First Aid certifications required

*

Trade background is advantageous

*

Experience in delivering toolbox talks is essential

*

A degree or NVQ in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory
