A leading, property and construction consultancy with multiple offices across the UK, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Essex office and cover projects across East Anglia.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will report into a Partner and be part of a skilful team who are delivering an array of projects usually valuing between £5m - £60m for commercial, higher education, sports, and residential clients.

The Partners are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who they can entrust to deliver projects predominantly around the Essex and Cambridgeshire area, from inception to completion.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

MRICS or completed a Quantity Surveying / construction degree
A proven track record of running your own projects
Pre and post cost management experience
PQS / Cost Consultancy work experience
Able and willing to commute to projects across East Anglia
Driving licenceIn Return?
