We are working with a well-established and highly regarded ductwork contractor who are continuing to grow due to a strong pipeline of work across the Midlands and wider UK. They are now looking to appoint an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to join their team and play a key role in delivering projects across multiple sectors.

The Role
As Ductwork Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising ductwork installation teams on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. You’ll work across a range of projects including residential, commercial, data centres, and healthcare environments.
Key Responsibilities
*
Supervise ductwork installation teams on site.
*
Coordinate daily activities and manage labour productivity.
*
Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
*
Oversee installation of various ductwork systems including:
*
Fire-rated ductwork
*
Galvanised ductwork
*
Aluminium ductwork
*
Other specialist duct systems
*
Maintain strong health & safety standards on site.
*
Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other trades.
*
Monitor progress and report issues as required.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Ductwork Supervisor or Senior Ductwork Installer.
*
Strong knowledge of multiple ducting systems, including fire-rated, galvanised, and aluminium ductwork.
*
Experience managing and leading site teams.
*
Ability to work across multiple project types and environments.
*
Strong communication and organisational skills.
*
Available to start immediately or at short notice.
