The Company:

We supply candidates from executive to operative level, and are currently working with a National Contractor, who are looking for a Head of Fleet based within commuting distance from Cardiff.

Day to Day duties

Managing the day-to-day team overseeing the fleet services department
Ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance is adhered to
Implementing new strategies
Working at group level, attending senior management meetings and other offices as required
Requirements, Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience of overseeing a sizable fleet department
Knowledge of fleet compliance and regulations
Experience of managing a team
IT Literate
Full UK driving licence essential
