An established organisation is seeking a Finance Operations & Client Queries Executive to join it's finance team in Hull.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in finance administration, accounts queries, invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment enquiries.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a high volume of finance and accounts queries via phone and email
* Managing payment enquiries, remittances, policy excess queries, and invoice submissions
* Completing invoice validation and system-driven finance tasks
* Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
* Supporting manual invoice processing where required
* Producing finance reports to chase missing or incomplete data
* Supporting client calls and working closely with internal finance teams
* Maintaining strong financial controls and documented processes
* Liaising with internal departments to resolve finance-related issues
Skills & Experience Required
* Previous experience in finance administration, accounts, or finance operations
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Experience dealing with high-volume queries
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Salary & Benefits
* £26,000 per annum
