Part Time HR Advisor
Stowmarket, own transport required due to location
Up to £35,000 pro rata
2 / 3 days per week (ideally Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9am-5pm)

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time role in a supportive and friendly team? We are recruiting for an independent HR consultancy based in rural Suffolk, and this role would suit a collaborative and proactive HR Advisor.

About the Role:
You'll manage a portfolio of clients, offering practical HR advice across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be a trusted advisor on everything from onboarding and policy updates to complex employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide first-line HR and employment law support via phone/email
* Manage your own caseload and client relationships
* Draft and review policies, contracts, and letters
* Maintain and update HR systems (e.g. Breathe HR)
* Assist with onboarding new clients and monthly reporting
* Support internal projects and process improvements

What We're Looking For
* 2+years' HR experience (multi-client or multi-site preferred)
* CIPD qualified or working towards (desired but not essential
* Excellent communication and organisation skills
* A team player with a problem-solving mindset
* Breathe HR system experience (a plus)
* Must have own transport due to rural office location

The role of HR Advisor offers:-
* Up to £35k pro rata salary
