Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our team on a full-time basis. This role involves garden maintenance, planting, lawn care, and assisting with landscaping projects. A full UK driving licence is required along with the ability to communicate effectively in English, as the position involves driving company vehicles and interacting with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform general garden maintenance including mowing, strimming, weeding, pruning, and hedge cutting.

* Carry out planting, lawn care, and soft landscaping tasks.

* Operate gardening tools, machinery, and vehicles safely and efficiently.

* Drive company vehicles to and from various job sites.

* Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.

* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture (minimum 1 year preferred).

* Good knowledge of plants, lawn care, and seasonal maintenance.

* Confident in using gardening tools and machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.).

* Full UK driving licence is required.

* Ability to speak and understand English is required.

* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work.

* Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Benefits:

* Starting wage from £15.00 per hour.

* Full-time stable employment (40 hours per week)

* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM (winter hours may differ)
