We're looking for a passionate and proactive Nursery Leader to join a warm and nurturing independent school in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified practitioner eager to take the next step into leadership-or for an experienced Early Years professional seeking a fresh challenge in a supportive environment.

About the role
As Nursery Leader, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and happy space where children can explore, discover, and grow. You'll lead by example, guiding your team with enthusiasm and care while ensuring every child's individual needs are met. You will also be responsible for planning, implement, and evaluating a broad, balanced EYFS curriculum that supports all areas of child development and all other responsibilities associated with the role.

What we're looking for
* A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
* Confident leadership and communication skills
* A strong understanding of child development and early years best practice
* A nurturing, positive, and patient approach to supporting young learners
