About the Role: We are seeking a skilled painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in surface preparation and application of coatings using brushes and rollers to achieve high-quality finishes on a variety of surfaces, including walls, ceilings, trims, metal, wood, and other substrates. 

Key Responsibilities:

Apply paint, stain, varnish, or other finishes using brushes and rollers to ensure smooth, even coverage
Mix and match paint colours according to specifications or colour charts.
Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality as per project requirements.
Inspect and touch up completed work to meet quality standards.
Protect surrounding areas using drop cloths, masking tape, and other materials.
Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.

Proven experience as a painter, preferably in residential developments.
Ability to work across multiple trades with a keen eye for detail.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
CSCS card
Own tools and transport
Once you have completed your assignment and O'Neil & Brennan have secured a positive finishing reference, we will do our best to ensure you have another long term assignment to go into.
