Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Experis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record in candidate resourcing. This role is pivotal in driving our business growth and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Candidate Resourcing: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT roles. Utilize various channels and tools to attract top talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

Client Management: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met with high-quality candidates. Provide regular updates and feedback to clients.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights and advice to clients and candidates.

Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and promote our services.

Qualifications:

Experience in IT & Tech recruitment, with a focus on business development.

Strong understanding of the IT industry and its recruitment landscape.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
