About the role

As a Logistics Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our busy transport team. Based in the office Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly. From managing paperwork and maintaining accurate databases to liaising with drivers and colleagues, you’ll ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations while contributing to the efficiency of the department.

Please note this role is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

You will be responsible for

Handling and resolving price queries for customer invoicing

Managing cost accruals accurately and on time

Processing and maintaining customer purchase orders (POs)

Completing haulier plan costing to support operational efficiency

Carrying out a range of other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
About you
