The Role:

As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and challenging lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. Experience at Key Stage 5 is highly desirable and may open up additional teaching opportunities. Our Newham school is committed to academic excellence, inclusion, and student achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver creative, effective lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning needs
Support and challenge all students to reach their full potential in mathematics
Use assessment data to inform teaching practice and raise attainment
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
Inspire a genuine love of mathematics in every learnerThe Ideal Candidate:

Holds QTS and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject
Has experience (or is an ECT) with a commitment to professional development
Brings strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for teaching at all key stages, including KS5
Demonstrates excellent classroom management, organisation, and communication skills
