With a base salary plus commission potential up to £5,800 per year, this role offers both financial rewards and the chance to make meaningful connections with customers.

As a Milk Delivery Roundsperson you’ll be the face of our client, ensuring timely and reliable service for customers in both rural and town areas. From quiet country lanes to bustling towns and the rolling hills of Snowdonia, you’ll take pride in providing quality service to each customer. This role involves night shifts, where you’ll manage deliveries, handle orders with electronic handheld devices, and ensure products are securely loaded and unloaded.
Key Duties Include:
Deliver dairy and related products to residential customers across diverse regions.
Process orders and payments accurately using electronic handheld units.
Load and unload delivery vehicles safely, ensuring orders are complete and secure.
Flexibly manage start times based on route completion, adapting to customer needs and any weather conditions.
Working Hours
4 nights per week, minimum 38 hours, based on a “job & finish” schedule.
Start times generally between 13:00 and 01:00, with flexibility required depending on each round.
Occasional extra shifts required, up to 4 times per year.
This is a physically active role that includes night-time hours, early mornings, and manual handling.
What We're Looking For
A full UK driving licence and dependable commuting ability for early morning starts.
A positive attitude, excellent attention to detail, and good time management.
Physical readiness for manual handling and working in various weather conditions.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a customer-focused approach across rural and urban locations.
