Lead Electrician – Renewables / Solar Experience

We are looking for an experienced Lead Electrician to join a growing team in Bristol, specialising in renewables and solar installations. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for managing site works and ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of electricians on site

*

Install, maintain, and commission solar and renewable electrical systems

*

Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

*

Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards

*

Liaise with project managers and clients to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Lead Electrician in renewables / solar installations

*

Gold ECS Card

*

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

*

Own tools and reliable transport preferred
