Are you an experienced care manager ready to take the next step in your career? A well-established domiciliary care provider in Central Manchester is seeking a dynamic and confident Domiciliary Care Manager to lead their growing service.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering outstanding home care.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading the day-to-day operations of the service
Ensuring safe, high-quality care is delivered in line with CQC standards
Managing, mentoring, and supporting care staff and office teams
Working collaboratively with clients, families, and external partners
Driving service development, compliance, and business growthWhat We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in domiciliary or community care
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willing to work towards it)
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and safeguarding practices
A confident, solutions-focused leader with a genuine passion for care
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skillsWhat’s on Offer:
