Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting Production / Machine Operatives on behalf of our client, Devon's leading manufacturer of metal composite walls and roof panels. This role offers the opportunity to work on the factory floor, ensuring safe, high-quality production that meets targets and fulfils customer demand.

Key Duties:

Operate a variety of metalworking machines essential to the production of units.

Ensure smooth running of machinery.

Meet production targets.

Adhere to safety, hygiene, and quality systems.

Requirements:

Ability to work accurately and follow procedures.

Commitment to meeting production and quality targets.

Reliability and good work ethic.
