Ripon - Receptionist - Temp 2 days - Thursday 8.30 - 4pm Friday 8.30 - 3.30 £11.79 - Enhanced DBS required

We have an exciting opportunity for a temp receptionist to join a busy established team

Answering incoming calls dealing with Queries and forwarding to relevant departments
Responsible for sickness and absence reporting
Printing and sending out correspondence
Good customer service
Greeting and dealing with visitors ensuring safeguards are met We would expect the successful Temp Receptionist to demonstrate a good knowledge of micro soft office an excellent communicator with a friendly and confident telephone manner providing a professional and efficient service whilst being respectful and discrete

This would be an ideal role for you if you have previously worked within a customer service or busy reception setting

Thursday 8.30am - 4.00pm Friday 8.30 - 3.30pm

Temp approx 3 months

£11 79 per hr paid weekly
