We're recruiting on behalf of a reputable and well-established local company based in Rackheath, and they’re looking for a reliable Part-Time Administrator to join their close-knit team.
About the Role:
As the Part-Time Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office. You’ll be handling a range of administrative tasks that help keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

General office administration including filing, scanning, and photocopying
*
Answering incoming calls and responding to emails in a professional manner
*
Assisting with the preparation of quotes, invoices, and other documentation
*
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients as required
*
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
*
Supporting the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Previous administration experience (preferably in construction or a related industry, but not essential)
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
*
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
