Vibe Recruit is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Warehouse Operative to join a successful and growing company based in Llantarnam Park, Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, well-organised warehouse environment as part of a professional and supportive team.

The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and possess basic IT skills to assist with stock systems and data entry.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm

Friday: 7:00am - 1:00pm

37.5 hours per week

Pay

£13.33 per hour

Weekly pay through Vibe Recruit

Duties

Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Managing goods-in and goods-out processes

Updating internal stock systems using computers or handheld devices

Performing stock checks and maintaining accurate records

Labelling and scanning products for dispatch

Keeping the warehouse area tidy and compliant with health and safety standards

Supporting team members to meet daily and weekly targets

Candidate Requirements

Previous warehouse or logistics experience

Comfortable using IT systems (stock control, scanners, basic data entry)

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
