Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Media Teacher to join our school on a fixed-term contract, starting at Easter and running until July. You will be responsible for teaching a range of Media courses from KS3 to KS5, inspiring students and helping them develop their understanding of the media industry and its impact on society.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons in Media Studies at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Develop and implement lesson plans and resources that cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Foster a creative and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth.
Support students in developing both theoretical and practical skills in Media Studies, including critical thinking, analysis, and media production.
Prepare students for external assessments, including GCSE and A-Level exams.
Participate in school-wide activities and contribute to the wider school community.About You:

A qualified teacher with a degree in Media Studies or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the Media Studies curriculum at KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Enthusiastic and creative, with the ability to inspire and engage students.
