Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for consistent, rewarding work across a supportive trust of schools in Chesterfield?

Tradewind Recruitment are working in partnership with a Multi-Academy Trust with a mix of primary and secondary schools, and we are looking to recruit reliable, adaptable Teaching Assistants to support on a supply basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in different school environments, and is looking for regular work across a network of schools.

The Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you may be supporting across:

EYFS, KS1, KS2 or Secondary settings

Whole class support, small group work, and 1:1 support

Assisting pupils with learning, engagement, and confidence

Supporting the class teacher with behaviour management and classroom routines

Helping create a positive, inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

To be considered, you should have:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a school setting

A flexible, proactive, and professional approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Availability for at least 2 days per week on a regular basis

A Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable (e.g., Level 2/3), but not essential if you have strong experience
