Data Entry And Quality Control needed!!

* Salary: £12.45 to 12.85 per hour
* Location: TQ12, Teignbridge
* Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm
* Till December 2025 with the possibility of extension

1. JOB PURPOSE

To gather and input digital data relating to Teignbridge assets. To include data
cleansing of information in our Asset Management system and analysing
information from paper documents and transferring these into a digital format.
To work with others to consolidate other related data sources.

2. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
a) To enter and check the accuracy of existing digital data in our Asset
Management system.
b) To liaise with others in the organisation to understand where other data
sources are kept, how these are updated and maintained.

3. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
a) The ability to work methodically and to a high degree of accuracy
b) Experience of using a range of IT packages including Microsoft 365.
c) Experience with the use of databases and data input.
d) Excellent communication skills
e) Be able to prioritise and manage work load
