Ready to step up in your property career? We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Assistant Lettings Manager to join one of Manchester’s most respected city living specialists. What You’ll Be Doing:

* Manage the end-to-end lettings process – from viewings to negotiations, to closing tenancy agreements

* Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants, every step of the way

* Support the Lettings Manager in day-to-day team management and performance

* Coach and motivate junior lettings consultants – helping them hit targets and grow

* Be a go-to expert on the local market, legal compliance, and service standards

* Drive results while keeping customer experience at the core

What We’re Looking For:

* Solid experience in residential lettings and Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager level, ideally in a busy city centre role

* Strong closing and negotiation skills

* Confident leading by example and mentoring others

* Organised, proactive and up to date with current legislation and compliance

* Ambitious, energetic, and motivated by success
