We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder to join a well-established manufacturer of industrial capital equipment based in Northampton.

This is a hands-on role within a modern fabrication environment, producing high-quality welded components used in heavy-duty industrial machinery.

The Role

*

MIG welding of mild steel components and assemblies

*

Working from engineering drawings and weld symbols

*

Fabrication and fitting work as required

*

Ensuring weld quality meets specification and company standards

*

Maintaining a clean and safe working area

The Ideal Candidate

*

Proven experience as a MIG Welder in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

*

Confident reading and working from technical drawings

*

Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

*

Experience working with medium to heavy gauge steel preferred

*

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
