We are a leading manufacturer based and Smethwick and we are going through an exciting growth phase. We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Midlands team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Internal Account Management team with good service and admin support to our B2B customers. The Sales Administrator will be working within our busy sales office and will be very focussed delivering excellent customer service.
Main duties include:
Processing a high volume of customer orders. Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
Overseeing the completion of back orders
Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team
Supporting the Internal Account Manager and BDM with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
Taking phone calls from customers.
Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails.
Following up Order confirmations and quotations
Essential skills & experience:
Have experience in Processing Sales Orders
Experience in Administration Support and Customer Service
High level of organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
Ability to prioritise own workload.
Strong communication skills, written and spoken.
Excellent IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
An administrative or sales background.
Have excellent attention to detail, used to working to deadlines in a fast-moving sales environment.
Confident, dynamic and ambitious personality.
