Marketing & Communications Manager - Charity Sector

Stafforce is delighted to be recruiting for a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager on behalf of a well established charity dedicated to supporting individuals with autism.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of both internal and external communications, build engagement with a variety of stakeholders, and contribute to a meaningful cause. You'll work closely with senior leaders to shape strategy, manage branding, drive online presence, and deliver compelling content that brings people closer to the organisation's mission.

Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead the annual marketing and communications strategy
Oversee internal and external campaigns, content creation, and brand alignment
Manage and maintain the organisation's websites and digital platforms
Lead social media strategy and execution, including paid campaigns
Collaborate with fundraising partners and design consultants
Support internal communications to enhance staff engagement
Monitor KPIs, analyse results, and report to stakeholders
Ensure consistency across all visual and written materials

Ideal Candidate

Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
Proven experience in a senior communications or marketing role
Sector knowledge of education, social care, or charities (advantageous)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and digital tools (including Google Analytics)
Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
Website content and CMS management experience
Mac user experience desirable
A full driving licence or reliable transport (rural location)
