We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Tutor to work with children and young people who are not currently in mainstream education across the Nuneaton area. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a real difference and can start immediately.

The Role:

* Deliver one-to-one outreach tuition in the community or home settings.

* Support learners with personalised education plans tailored to their individual needs.

* Help build confidence, engagement, and positive learning behaviours.

* Monitor and report on student progress.

Essential Requirements:

* Level 3 Teaching qualification (minimum).

* Experience working with children or young people, particularly those outside mainstream education.

* A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach to learning.

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to commit to sessions on a regular basis.
