A well-established manufacturing business based in Bolton is seeking an Interim Finance Director to support the business through a critical 8-month period.

This is a hands-on leadership role, taking full ownership of the finance function while partnering closely with the MD and senior leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

Full responsibility for the finance function (financial control, reporting, cashflow)

*

Lead and develop an on-site finance team

*

Own budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management

*

Support operational decision-making in a manufacturing environment

*

Improve financial processes, controls and MI

*

Act as a strategic partner to the MD and Board

*

Liaise with external stakeholders (auditors, banks, advisors)

Required Experience:

*

Proven experience as a Finance Director / Senior Finance Lead

*

Strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments

*

Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on level

*

Experience leading teams and driving change

*

Immediately available or short notice preferred

The Offer:

£650 per day
