Role Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Mechanical Design Engineer to join a collaborative and experienced design team. You’ll work closely with senior engineers and technical directors to design and deliver mechanical systems that meet the highest standards of sustainability, comfort, and compliance. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 6–18 months of industry experience looking to grow their career in building services.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the design and specification of mechanical systems (HVAC, hot and cold water, ventilation, etc.) for a variety of building types.

Prepare design calculations, CAD drawings, and technical reports under supervision.
*
Assist with project documentation and coordination with other disciplines.
*
Attend internal and external design meetings.
*
Stay up to date with relevant building regulations and sustainability standards.
*
Participate actively in structured training and mentorship programmes.
What We’re Looking For:

Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

Strong interest in mechanical design within the built environment.
*
Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or IES is a bonus.
