? Your Responsibilities
As an experienced Design and Technology Teacher, your role will include:

Delivering high-quality textiles lessons across Key Stages 3–5, including GCSE and A-Level.

Developing and refining schemes of work focused on practical design skills, sustainability, and innovative textiles.

Supporting student progress through effective assessment, feedback, and targeted differentiation.

Contributing to extracurricular projects such as fashion shows, design competitions, and clubs.

*

Working closely with colleagues to ensure consistency, creativity, and ambition across the department.

Acting as a subject lead within your area of strength, supporting less experienced Design and Technology Teachers when required.

We are seeking a Design and Technology Teacher who:

Holds QTS and a relevant degree in Textiles, Fashion, or Design.

Has significant experience teaching textiles at secondary level, including A-Level.
