Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to support the safe and efficient operation of our client.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.

* Respond promptly to breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

* Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment.

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and update CMMS systems as required.

* Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

* Work collaboratively with production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.

* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost reduction.

Qualifications & Experience

* Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Multi-Skilled Engineering.

* Proven experience in a FMCG environment.

* Strong knowledge of production line machinery, conveyors, motors, pumps, and packaging equipment.

* Experience with PLC fault finding (desirable).

* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
