A supportive primary school in Andover is seeking a dedicated and patient SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team. This full-time role begins in November 2025 and involves working closely with pupils who have special educational needs, helping them to access learning and thrive in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN.
Assist the class teacher with differentiated learning activities and classroom management.
Support pupils with emotional, behavioural, and academic needs.
Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment.Requirements:

Experience working with children with special educational needs in a primary setting.
A calm, empathetic, and proactive approach to supporting pupils.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
