The Role:
We are looking for a Lead Advisor to support the delivery of services within CFO Activity Hubs. In this role, you will work directly with participants through structured group interventions and one-to-one support, helping to create a positive and rehabilitative environment that supports progression and personal development.
Working closely with hub staff and external partners, you will play an important part in maintaining engagement levels, supporting service outcomes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support delivery of group sessions and one-to-one interventions within the hub.
Manage a small caseload, providing tailored guidance and support.
Build positive, professional relationships with participants and referral partners.
Support hub performance by maintaining engagement and activity levels.
Promote the service locally to support referral pathways.
Assist in maintaining a safe, structured and supportive environment.
Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
Monitor participant progress and support achievement of agreed outcomes.
Support day-to-day hub operations and deputise when required.
Follow safeguarding, health & safety and data protection procedures.About You

Experience supporting individuals through structured interventions or guidance.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Able to work towards targets and performance expectations.
Organised and confident managing competing priorities.
Understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable or justice-involved individuals.
Comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues and partner organisations.
Committed to safeguarding and maintaining professional standards.
Flexible and willing to travel between locations where required.Skills Required

Experience in mentoring, training, guidance, advice, counselling or similar support roles.
Ability to manage a caseload and support individuals towards positive outcomes.
Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems.
Understanding of education, training and employment pathways.
Knowledge of safeguarding and data protection principles.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to support delivery of structured group sessions.
