Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer – Facilities Management

Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits

We’re working with a reputable Facilities Management company looking to recruit an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Engineer to maintain a commercial portfolio across London.

This is a mobile role covering planned and reactive maintenance, ideal for an engineer who enjoys variety and autonomy while working across high-quality commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial buildings

* Fault finding and repairs across mechanical and electrical systems

* Working on plant rooms, AHUs, pumps, motors, and general building services

* Ensuring all works are completed in line with SLA and H&S requirements

* Accurately completing job reports and compliance paperwork

Requirements:

* Strong multi-skilled background (electrical or mechanical bias)

* Relevant trade qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred)

* Experience working within a commercial FM environment

* Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Full UK driving licence

Package:
