Are you an experienced Principal Designer ready to take control of your next challenge? This multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy in Newcastle is expanding and looking for a forward-thinking Principal Designer to take the lead on a variety of high-profile commercial, residential, and public sector projects.

As the Principal Designer, you'll be a trusted advisor to clients, driving proactive design risk management and ensuring CDM regulations are seamlessly integrated throughout every stage of the project. You'll work within a collaborative, supportive team where innovation and professional growth are genuinely encouraged.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience working as a Principal Designer within a consultancy environment

Strong understanding of the CDM Regulations 2015 and design risk management

NEBOSH, TechIOSH or IMaPS qualification preferred (or working towards)

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

A proactive mindset and passion for improving design safety
