Quality Capability Development person required for contract ideally leading to perm role for the right person.

The client is a multi - national defence company. The role can be Stevenage or Bolton based.

Responsibilities

Guide, coach and support implementation of improvement projects working hand-in-hand with teams across the Group. You will help implement Quality models and techniques, thereby achieving efficiency in resourcing, lead-time, error reduction and cost.

Elevate the performance of Quality in Manufacturing, Engineering and Programmes across all NatCo's

Provide the guidance for multifunctional and pan-Nat Co improvement initiatives, in order to enable improvement to Operational Excellence

Provide training and coaching on the use improvement tools and techniques

Act as subject matter expert in the use of Business Improvement tools and techniques

Expected to drive implementation of plans to promote and deploy performance improvement techniques within Quality and the business across all Nat Co's that facilitates the improvement culture change in order that Continuous Improvement can take place
