Our client is a well-established and respected building supplies merchant based in Halifax. With a large yard and thousands of products in stock, they are passionate about delivering quality and ensuring customers receive the best products for their needs.
We are currently seeking a motivated Internal Sales Executive to join their growing team.
The Role:
As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth by proactively engaging with both existing and new customers. Your main focus will be on promoting and selling a wide range of building supplies, with a particular emphasis on value-added products.
While prior experience in the building supplies industry is advantageous, it is not essential. Full product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships

Liaise with suppliers and negotiate pricing to ensure profitability

Identify opportunities to expand market presence

Report sales activity and performance through company reporting tools
*
Contribute to and implement strategies for exceeding sales targets

Use digital tools and technology to streamline the sales process and enhance customer experience

Manage administrative tasks related to sales orders and processing
